We believe that interconnectedness is at the heart of all human encounters with people and the environment.  To be most effective and fulfilled, people must make a connection with the focus and content of their endeavor- co-workers, customers, information, processes, learning material and experiences, culture, history, the natural and built environment.

 

Our consultation approach (including facilitation and training) is based on the work of Peter Block; a balanced attention to Interpersonal skills, Consulting skills (contracting, Discovery, Feedback, Decision making), and Technical skills.  We have three goals that serve as our starting point for all work:
