We apply the Pyramids of Power (John Chissell, MD 1993) in our work with individuals, groups, and organizations.  The Pyramids of Power is an African Centered approach to optimal health focused on six dimensions:

Intellectual- Unlimited thought exposure; Asking empowering questions; Test against universal laws

​

Physical- Optimal rest; Optimal nutrition; Optimal exercise

​

Emotional- Live in the present; Reduce/eliminate fear; Reduce/eliminate anger

​

Spiritual- Unconditional love; Optimal meditation; Optimal attunement

​

Socio-Economic- Unconditional love; Live your life purpose; Preparation

​

Relationship- Keep commitments; Approach with respect; Act as a friend

 

Creating and maintaining balance and harmony through optimal health practices forms the foundation for individuals to build their personal capacity, and for organizations to activate the collective capacity and creativity of all members.
