                                                     Upon request, I will be glad to review your trust account and related 
                                                     records with special emphasis on matters relating to the management 
                                                     and operation of the Company's real estate trust accounting,
                                                     the Company's policies and procedures relating to the operation
                                                     of the trust/escrow account; and generally any matter arising out of the business
                                                     affairs of the Company having an effect on the Company's compliance
                                                     with applicable real estate license law and regulatory requirements. 
                                                     I provide a written report of my findings and recommended corrective 
                                                     actions.  I assist in the implementation of  new procedures when needed.
                 
                                       Training
                                                     I provide training of office personnel toward the usage of existing 
                                                     software as well as training concerning compliance with the rules 
                                                     and regulations set forth by your Real Estate Commission or Board.
                  
                                        Record Reconstruction
                                                     I provide peace of mind with my ability to assist those companies in
                                                     generating accurate beginning balances for their trust account ledgers
                                                     and journals.
                  
                                        Monthly Accounting Service
                                                      I provide monthly trust account reconciliations that meet the
                                                      standards as proscribed by your Board or Commission.
